A interatividade da administração pública da cidade de Gramado com a Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal e a comunidade

Abstract

Este trabalho analisa a interação entre a Administração Pública da cidade de Gramado, com a Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal e os cidadãos, objetivando compreender como funciona essa relação. Para isso, tem-se como referencial teórico, temas pertinentes com a investigação, construídos pelo autor ao longo das disciplinas oferecidas no curso de especialização. Além disso, a pesquisa realizada contribuiu ao final do presente estudo, com a conclusão da necessidade de promover uma mudança cultural. Com essa perspectiva, se propõe uma história em quadrinhos como exemplo de iniciativas, que podem estimular a conscientização da sociedade na participação da administração pública.

This paperwork analyse the interaction among of the Gramado’s Town Public Administration with the Fiscal Responsability and the citizens, objecting to understanding how to work this relashionship. To this, we have like theorical reference, apts themes with the investigation, built up by the author along of the subjects offered in the Specialization Course. Furthermore, the research made, contribuited in the end of this study with the conclusion to the necessity of to promote a cultural change. With this perspective,to come up with the comic like an example of the initiatives witch might stimulate the consciousness of the society in the participation of the public administration.
