Esse correto andamento diminui custos, otimiza tempo e torna mais eficiente e eficaz o atendimento ao usuário. Objetivo: Descrever um modelo para classificação de risco e sugerir critérios para sua implantação no Centro Cirurgico Ambulatorial (CCA) onde ocorrem os atendimentos cirúrgicos por parte da unidade de Cirurgia e Traumatologia Buco-maxilo-facial no Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA). Metodologia: A partir da análise parcial da demanda do ambulatório de Cirurgia e Traumatologia Bucomaxilofaciais, estabelecer modelo de classificação de risco dos usuários dentro da matriz de classificação de risco, sabendo que a grande maioria dos pacientes são de caráter eletivo. Resultados: Foram avaliados prontuários de 40 pacientes de 12/12/2014 à 10/04/2015, onde a média de idade encontrada foi de 40,5 anos, 27 eram mulheres e 13 homens. Quando observada a cidade de origem, 18 pacientes eram provenientes de Porto Alegre, 11 da região metropolitana e 11 do interior do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Em relação à condição sistêmica do paciente, 20 pacientes referiram apresentar alguma comorbidade sistêmica e 16 referiram fazer uso de pelo menos uma medicação diariamente. Conclusão: Após a avaliação dos perfis dos pacientes submetidos a cirurgia no Centro Cirurgico Ambulatorial, pode-se concluir que existem alguns movimentos necessários para a qualificação do fluxo de agendamento e dos sistemas de apoio e logística, do município e do estado, que conduzem os usuários até o CCA do HCPA. ...

Introdution: The itinerary that users roam to seek resolute results for their health problems, in the complexity of care required for each person, must be respected and well managed so there is a good functioning of the health care network. The correct progress decreases costs, optimizes time and makes more efficient and effective service to users. Objective: To describe a model for risk classification and suggest criteria for its implementation in Ambulatory Surgical Center where there are the calls from the Oral Surgery team at the Clinical Hospital of Porto Alegre Methodology: From the analysis of the demand of ambulatory oral surgery, establish risk classification model of users within the risk rating matrix, knowing that the vast majority of patients are elective. Results: We evaluated medical records of 40 patients from 12/12/2014 to 04/10/2015, where the average age was 40,5 years, 27 were women and 13 men. When observed the city of origin, 18 patients were from Porto Alegre, 11 of the metropolitan area and 11 in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul state. In relation to the systemic condition of the patient, 20 patients referred having some systemic comorbidity and 16 mentioned make use of at least one medication daily.
