Ações educativas da equipe de enfermagem na unidade de alojamento conjunto : uma revisão integrativa

Abstract

O presente estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa (RI) de pesquisa seguindo como referencial o método de Cooper (1982). Este método reúne achados obtidos de outras pesquisas sobre o mesmo tema, com o objetivo de sintetizar e analisar os dados obtidos, desenvolvendo uma explicação mais abrangente do fenômeno estudado. Objetivo. Buscar na literatura possibilidades de ações educativas a serem implementadas pela enfermagem na atenção à puérpera, recém-nascido e sua família no alojamento conjunto. Foram utilizadas as bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciência e Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System on-line (MEDLINE) e Base de dados de Enfermagem (BDENF). Critérios de inclusão. Artigos originais publicados entre os anos de 2000 a 2015; disponíveis online; completos; em português e espanhol e que respondessem a questão norteadora do estudo. A amostra final foi composta por cinco artigos. Após leitura e análise dos artigos incluídos foi possível a construção das seguintes categorias: Jogos educativos no alojamento conjunto; Puerpério: significado da maternidade e Alojamento conjunto como espaço facilitador de relações entre a díade mãe-filho e promotor de cuidado. Os jogos educativos foram considerados como uma estratégia adequada para: facilitar a troca de experiências entre puérperas e ampliação de seus conhecimentos; desenvolvimento da educação em saúde através de atividades lúdico-pedagógicas. Na categoria Puerpério: significado da maternidade sugere-se o desenvolvimento de um trabalho de educação em saúde com programas de capacitação da puérpera e seu acompanhante no Alojamento conjunto, capaz de instrumentalizá-los para os cuidados com o recém-nascido, tornando-os sujeitos da ação. Na categoria Alojamento conjunto como espaço facilitador de relações entre a díade mãe-filho e promotor de cuidado, os resultados apontaram que as maiores dificuldades identificadas pela equipe de enfermagem relacionam-se à execução de suas atribuições ao cuidar das mães, principalmente, em relação ao processo educacional e técnico. Através deste estudo foi possível evidenciar que a literatura atual traz o jogo educativo como uma alternativa de ação educativa eficiente para a enfermagem; existem dificuldades para as equipes desenvolverem seu papel educativo. A temática deste estudo é pouco explorada na literatura científica. Propõe-se como plano de intervenção a apresentação dos resultados do estudo e utilização do jogo educativo junto à equipe de enfermagem do Hospital Materno-Infantil Presidente Vargas com a finalidade de discussão e reflexão sobre a importância da ação educativa da enfermagem no alojamento conjunto.

This study is about an integrative review (IR) of research following as reference the Cooper's method (1982). This method brings together obtained findings of other studies on the same topic, with the goal of synthesizing and analyzing data obtained, developing a more comprehensive explanation of the phenomenon studied. Objective. Search the literature possibilities of educational actions to be implemented by nurses in the care of postpartum, newborn and his family in the rooming. Were used the databases: Latin American and Caribbean Science and Health Literature (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) and the Nursing Database (BDENF). Criteria of Inclusion. Original articles published between the years 2000 to 2010; availables online; completes; in portuguese and spanish and who answered the guiding question of the study. The final sample consisted of five articles. After reading and analyzing the included articles it was possible the construction of the following categories: Educational Games in rooming-in; Puerperium: meaning of motherhood and rooming-in as facilitator space of relations between mother-child dyad and care promoter. The educational games were considered as an appropriate strategy to facilitate the exchange of experience between puerperal women and expansion of its knowledges; development of health education through ludic-pedagogical activities. In Category Puerperium: meaning of motherhood it's suggested the development of a health education work with training programs of puerperal woman and his companion in rooming-in, able to instrumentalize them for the cares of the newborn, making them subjects of the action. In Category Rooming-in as facilitator space of relations between mother-child dyad and care promoter, the results showed that the greatest difficulties identified by the nursing team relate to the execution of their duties in the care of mothers, especially, in relation to the educational and technical process. Through this study it was possible to evidence that the current literature brings the educational game as an effective educational action alternative to nursing; there are difficulties in the teams to develop their educational role. The theme of this study is little explored in the scientific literature. It is proposed as an intervention plan to present the results of the study and use of educational game with the nursing staff of the Mother and Child Hospital Presidente Vargas for the purpose of discussion and reflection on the importance of educational activities of nursing in the rooming.
