We based our reflections mainly on the anarchist thinker, Proudhon and some unfolding of the anarchist’s theories in the Management area bearing in mind the notion of self-management. For that, we search for elements that can be related to the anarchist doctrine by describing the organization from its discourses and practices that are visible in the rejection of hierarchy, authority, in the prominence of plurality, horizontality, in the spontaneity of the relationships, as well as in the critics regarding the idea of “property”, also through the hacker expression of the digital culture taken by the free software movement, of which we did a small historical recount in order to argue the relationship between anarchy and hackeractivism. With it, we aim to contribute to the approximation of the area with non conventional organizational forms, revealing a mode of organizing informed by some apart from administrative mainstream assumptions. ...
