Este trabalho de conclusão de curso de especialização em Gestão de Negócios Financeiros pretendeu de forma simples e objetiva averiguar a satisfação dos clientes do Banco do Brasil, do mercado das micro e pequenas empresas da agência AV Getúlio Vargas-SC, quanto ao uso do serviço de auto-atendimento via internet (Gerenciador Financeiro) que lhes é oferecido pela instituição bancária. Secundariamente também se buscou verificar se de fato os clientes fazem um uso efetivo deste sistema de auto-serviço. Para execução deste procurou-se fazer uma fundamentação teórica para embasar e sustentar o trabalho. E esta focou-se em: apresentar o comércio eletrônico, sua evolução e sua segurança, o marketing na internet, o auto-serviço e suas tendências no mercado bancário, a teoria da satisfação e abordar a qualidade do serviço. A metodologia utilizada foi a survey quantitativa, onde por meio de questionário foi entrevistada uma amostra não probabilística de clientes. A partir dos resultados obtidos, podemos concluir que os clientes estão satisfeitos com a ferramenta disponibilizada pelo banco e que fazem um uso real do aplicativo. ...
