Esta pesquisa apresenta um estudo sobre o uso do Facebook no ensino de filosofia como ferramenta pedagógica no desenvolvimento da argumentação filosófica, suas possibilidades e limitações. Para tal, foi definida uma abordagem qualitativa que procurou descrever e analisar dados coletados por meio de um questionário com questões abertas e fechadas enviados à professores de filosofia da rede metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Os dados foram analisados a partir de um viés reflexivo, não tendo a pretensão de ser conclusivo mas de oferecer elementos para uma discussão sobre as possibilidades educacionais das redes sociais no ensino de Filosofia. Partiu-se do pressuposto de que o ciberespaço pode ser compreendido como uma ágora virtual, possibilitando um espaço discussão e de argumentação filosófica por meio da interatividade da rede. A partir dos resultados coletados, constatou-se que em geral os professores concordam que o Facebook pode auxiliar no Ensino de Filosofia através da criação de grupos e páginas que permitam o desenvolvimento da argumentação filosófica por meio da interatividade da rede. Foi possível concluir que o Facebook tem potencial para desenvolver argumentação apesar de limitações, apontadas pelos professores participantes da pesquisa. ...

Data were analyzed from a reflexive bias, having no claim to be conclusive but to offer elements for a discussion of the educational possibilities of social networks in teaching philosophy. It started with the assumption that cyberspace can be understood as a virtual agora, allowing a discussion space and philosophical argument by the network interactivity. The collected results, it was found that in general teachers agree that Facebook can assist in Philosophy of Education by creating groups and pages that allow the development of philosophical argument by the network interactivity. It was concluded that Facebook has the potential to develop an argument despite its limitations noted by teachers participating in the survey. ...
