Como contrato que é, o contrato coletivo não pode ser examinado de forma isolada, apenas a partir dos ramos da ciência do direito em que reiteradamente incide. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo o estudo dos contratos coletivos, inseridos na lógica de reconstrução dos contratos como categoria jurídica e à luz de uma concepção específica de justiça. The objective of this research work is to study the subject of collective bargaining inserted within the logic of contract review activities as their own legal matter category, and under the light of a specific concept of justice. The intention here is to position collective bargaining as a manifestation of commutative justice, which comprises, together with state regulation, a harmonious group of concepts.
