Análise da implantação da estratégia para qualificar a gestão de atenção básica de saúde indígena na terra indígena Guarita, no município de Redentora/RS

Abstract

Este estudo analisa a implantação da estratégia para qualificar a gestão de atenção básica de saúde indígena na Terra Indígena Guarita, no município de Redentora/RS. Objetiva identificar os principais atores sociais envolvidos na implantação da estratégia, verificar se tinham conhecimento sobre os objetivos da mesma, se receberam e entenderam as informações necessárias para implementála. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de entrevista com os atores envolvidos na implantação da estratégia e de pesquisa no banco de dados da Fundação de Saúde, sendo os dados analisados em uma perspectiva qualitativa. Conclui-se que há diferentes percepções entre os atores envolvidos relativamente ao impacto da estratégia na mortalidade infantil e ao protagonismo de sua implantação, caracterizando-se dois grupos distintos, os agentes vinculados à gestão municipal e os vinculados à Fundação Nacional de Saúde.

This study analyzes the strategy implantation to qualify the Indian health basic attention management in the Guarita Indian Land, in the city of Redentora/RS. Objective to identify the main social actors involved in the implantation of the strategy, to verify if they had knowledge about the objectives of the strategy, if they had received and understood the necessary information to implement it. The data collection was carried through an interview with the involved actors in the strategy implantation and with research in data base of the Health Foundation, having been the data analyzed in a qualitative perspective. One conclusion is that is different perceptions between the involved actors relatively to the strategy impact in infantile mortality and to the protagonist of its implantation, characterizing itself two distinct groups, the entailed agents to the municipal management and the other ones tied to the Health National Foundation.
