Nesse trabalho de conclusão de curso me proponho a narrar experiências vividas ao logo da minha trajetória profissional, particularmente como especializanda do curso de Saúde Coletiva e Educação na Saúde, cujas atividades de imersão aconteceram no Departamento de Atenção Básica do Ministério da Saúde e atualmente como Apoiadora Institucional, do Projeto Mais Médicos para o Brasil, no Ministério da Educação. Nesse trabalho de conclusão de curso me proponho a narrar experiências vividas ao logo da minha trajetória profissional, particularmente como especializanda do curso de Saúde Coletiva e Educação na Saúde, cujas atividades de imersão aconteceram no Departamento de Atenção Básica do Ministério da Saúde e atualmente como Apoiadora Institucional, do Projeto Mais Médicos para o Brasil, no Ministério da Educação. Além do desejo de “juntar tudo numa coisa só” tenho, neste TCC, como objetivo descrever como a intersetorialidade está sendo operacionalizada entre os campos da saúde e educação para o aprimoramento do Programa Mais Médicos. Para isso utilizo dois caminhos metodológicos, quais sejam: pesquisa documental e autonarrativa. O principal documento analisado foi a Lei Nº 12.871/2013, que instituiu o Programa Mais Médicos, cujas análises levaram ao encontro de caminhos que favorecem ações intersetoriais, evidenciando assim um fazer intersetorial que otimiza ações, saberes e recursos para um bem comum. ...
