O presente trabalho traz como base de estudo a análise de se o atual posicionamento do Ballet Daniele Pinheiro, da cidade de Alegrete do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, está adequado a seu público-alvo. Para este entendimento, houve inicialmente uma análise do atual mercado alegretense de escolas de balé, onde preposições teóricas para análise de mercado, como Microambiente e as Cinco Forças e Porter foram analisadas para a descrição deste mercado e para mapeamento dos concorrentes existentes. Além disso, o referencial teórico foi conduzido a fim de mostrar a importância de ferramentas do marketing, com foco no posicionamento, em mercados de serviços do interior do estado. Foi utilizada como metodologia a pesquisa exploratória qualitativa, tendo como coleta de dados, entrevistas em profundidade semi-estruturadas. Aplicadas junto a consumidores alegretenses, afim de identificar os principais fatores importantes influenciadores para escolha de escolas de dança e de identificar também a percepção dos clientes frente ao Ballet Danniele Pinheiro. Com base nisso, descreveu-se o mapa perceptual com as principais escolas de balé da cidade e com as principais características influenciadores na escolha citadas pelos entrevistados. Concluiu-se que o posicionamento do Ballet Danniele Pinheiro é adequado a seu público-alvo, porém precisa atuar mais frente a comunidade para divulgação das vantagens e diferenças do método utilizado do ballet moderno. ...

This paper presents a study based on the analysis of the current location of the Ballet Daniele Pinheiro, in the city of Alegrete of the state, Rio Grande do Sul, is suitable for the target audience. For this understanding, the initial analysis of the current market,Alegretense ballet schools, where theoretical propositions for market analysis, like Microbiente, the CincoFoças, and Porter were analyzed to describe the market and mapping of the existing competitors. Furthermore, the theoretical reference was conducted in order to show the importance of marketing tools, with focus on positioning of the service markets in the rural parts of the state. Exploratory qualitative research was used as a method to collect data from in depth semi-structured interviews. The methodology was applied to the consumers, Algretense, in order to identify the main influences in their choice of dance schools and the customer’s perception of the Ballet DannielePinheiro. Based on this, the perceptual map described the city’s major ballet schools and the main characteristics influencing the choice of the interviewees. It was concluded, that the positioning of the Ballet DannielePinheiro was suitable for the target audience, but needs more work for the community through promoting the advantages and differences of this method used for modern ballet. ...
