Diagenesis is defined as the set of chemical, physical and biological changes through which pass the rocks sediments since its deposition, during and after lithification and before the metamorphic conditions. The diagenetic processes are controlled by factors such as temperature, pressure, minerals, activity of the ions dissolved in water and organic systems. These processes correspond to the formation of the current rocks and they occurred over millions of years. Geochemical modeling of diagenetic processes are based on the use of chemical properties of minerals and their interactions with fluids of different compositions and flow rate to simulate diagenetic reactions and define physical chemical and physical (such as pH, temperature, salinity solutions, porosity) and the environments in which these reactions occur. Such simulations generate sets of relatively complex data, but voluminous, as it corresponds to modeling the processes of formation of reservoir rocks over millions of years. The data generated to evaluate the composition of the rocks and their geochemical parameters such as porosity, permeability, tortuosity, etc. This work aims to develop visualization techniques of these results that allow geologists to evaluate the modeling loyalty point of view in relation to possible geological samples collected from present reservoirs. We use data from a hypothetical model resulting from simulations using a software developed in the context of an ongoing project in the Instituto de Informática. The visualizer is part of the software and was developed based on 2D and 3D graphics, with monitoring and intervention of geology and geochemistry experts. ...
