It stands out that the tax accounting is an important economic differential for businesses, evaluating which type of tax is more economically beneficial as the form of payment of taxes (presumed income or taxable income). An analysis was performed using the method of case study in order to identify which is the best form of tax planning rental of personal property for activities, trying to get the highest tax advantage for this contributor. In this study we evaluate the case of a car rental company that was taxed by Presumed Profit, and social contributions by the cumulative regime. After the study, opting for the tax planning by Income and changing the system of social security contributions for the non-cumulative regime, we achieved a significant reduction in the tax burden of taxes and contributions payable. Therefore, at the end of the work, it was concluded that the system of taxation adopted by the company was not the most economically advantageous.en
