As diferentes manifestações do transtorno de estresse pós traumático (TEPT) em crianças vítimas de abuso sexual

Abstract

O presente artigo trata de uma pesquisa quantitativa, buscando investigar as diferentes manifestações do Transtorno de Estresse Pós Traumático (TEPT) em crianças vítimas de abuso sexual, dando ênfase em quatro fatores (físicos, psicológicos, psicológicos com componente depressivo e psicofisiológicos) que compõem o TEPT, com a finalidade de compreender determinados comportamentos apontados por elas. Foi aplicada a Escala de Stress Infantil – ESI, em 30 crianças vítimas de abuso sexual. Os dados foram analisados estatisticamente através do pacote estatístico SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciences) e obtivemos como resultado que o Transtorno de Estresse Pós traumático se mostrou presente em 36,7% o que vem a ser um dado significativo e relevante dentre os 63,3% que não apresentaram TEPT.

The present article deals with a quantitative research, searching to investigate the different manifestations of the Transtorno de Estresse Pós (TEPT) in children victims of sexual abuse, giving emphasis in four factors (physicists, psychological, psychological with depressive component and psychophisologics) that they compose the TEPT, with the purpose to understand definitive behaviors pointed for them. Escale de Infantile Stress - ESI was applied, in 30 children victims of sexual abuse. The data had been analyzed statistically through statistical package SPSS (Statistic Package will be the Social Sciences) and got as resulted that the Upheaval of Stresse After Traumatic if showed gift in 36,7% what comes to be significant and excellent data amongst 63.3% that they had not presented TEPT.
