Lei de Acesso à Informação : aplicabilidade junto ao Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS)

Abstract

Este trabalho de conclusão de curso tem por objetivo estudar a fundo a Lei de Acesso à Informação (LAI), na perspectiva de sua aplicação junto à Previdência Social, mais precisamente no Instituto do Seguro Social (INSS). Pretendeu-se explorar o nível de conhecimento de gestores e servidores quanto à forma de dar acesso à informação, consoante ao definido na referida Lei. Apesar de o acesso estar regulamento junto à Constituição Federal do Brasil de 1988, no que tange aos direitos e garantias fundamentais individuais e coletivas, na prática, até a publicação da Lei n° 12.527 de 18 de novembro de 2011, o acesso era a exceção e o sigilo a regra.

The objective of this end course work is studying the lnformation Access Law (IAL). The plan is applying the project into the Social Providence, more specifically in Social lnsurance lnstitute (INSS). lt intends to explore the acknowledge of employees and managers related to the way to provide access information, according to what is defined in the specific law. Although the access are in the regulation in Federal Constitution of Brazil of 1988 and registered at rights and fundamental guarantees individuais and collectives in the practice until the law publication 12.527 of November 18th of 2011, access was the exception to the confidentiality rule.
