Dificuldades e estratégias dos professores de educação física do ensino médio da rede pública estadual do Rio Grande do Sul e as implicações na reestrutura curricular

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender as principais dificuldades dos professores de Educação Física do Ensino Médio da rede Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul e quais as estratégias utilizadas para superá-las, bem como verificar as implicações da implantação da reforma curricular nas dificuldades identificadas. É uma investigação de natureza qualitativa, realizada através de estudo de caso, com entrevistas semiestruturadas e observações das aulas com registro em diários de campo. A revisão bibliográfica compreende aspectos legais como a LDB, Diretrizes Curriculares e Proposta Pedagógica e artigos que enfocam a temática das dificuldades enfrentadas pelos professores durante seu cotidiano dentro da escola e outros aspectos que influenciam no seu processo docente. A partir da análise dos dados, foram constatadas algumas dificuldades como: falta e precariedade de material, desvalorização salarial e carga horária excessiva, roupa inadequada, dispensas, bem como o trabalho com a avaliação e por área, presentes na nova proposta. Tais questões foram discutidas à luz dos documentos legais, bem como dos autores que subsidiam o estudo.

This study aims to understand the main difficulties of the physical education teachers of the High School State Network of Rio Grande do Sul and the strategies used to overcome them, as well as to study the implications of the implementation of the curriculum reform of the difficulties identified. It is a qualitative research, carried out through a case study, with semistructured interviews and observations of lessons with diaries field. The literature review includes legal aspects as LDB, Curriculum Guidelines and Proposal Pedagogical and articles that focus on the theme of the difficulties faced by teachers in their daily lives within the school and other aspects that influence their teaching process. From the data analysis, we observed some difficulties such as lack and scarcity of material, wage depreciation and excessive workload, inadequate clothing, layoffs, as well as work with the evaluation and area, present the new proposal. These issues were discussed in the light of legal documents, as well as the authors subsidize the study.
