Educação na saúde e direitos humanos : desenvolvimento de um e-book para estudantes de fisioterapia

Abstract

A saúde como direito humano está prevista na Constituição Federal de 1988 e pensar em educação em Direitos Humanos possibilita que os sujeitos exerçam atos políticos com direito de voz e participação nos processos sociais de forma consciente. Na Fisioterapia, existe uma estreita relação física entre terapeuta e paciente, isso devido ao toque do corpo para manipulação e mobilização. Considerar todos os aspectos não só físicos como psicossociais dos pacientes propicia um atendimento completo e possibilita resposta adequada ao tratamento proposto pelo fisioterapeuta. O e-book, produto técnico desta dissertação, conta com nove capítulos: entendendo direitos humanos, interseccionalidade e direitos humanos, fisioterapia e direito LGBTQIAPN+, racismo e saúde na fisioterapia, saúde da população indígena: e agora fisioterapeuta?, o capacitismo e sua face cruel, fisioterapia e vítimas de guerra, considerações finais e referências. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa qualitativa exploratória de referenciais teóricos científicos e vivências desta pesquisadora. Espera-se com esse trabalho qualificar os fisioterapeutas no campo dos Direitos Humanos proporcionando reflexões diárias sobre suas práticas e, assim, um cuidado integral ao paciente.

Health as a human right is provided for in the Constitution, and thinking about education in Human Rights allows individuals to exercise political acts with the right to voice and participate in social processes in a conscious way. In Physiotherapy, there is a close physical relationship between therapist and patient, due to the touching of the body for manipulation and mobilization. Considering all aspects, not only physical but also psychosocial, of patients provides comprehensive care and enables an adequate response to the treatment proposed by the physiotherapist. The e-book, a technical product of this dissertation, has nine chapters: understanding human rights, intersectionality and human rights, physiotherapy and LGBTQIAPN+ rights, racism and health in physiotherapy, health of the indigenous population: what now, physiotherapist?, ableism and its cruel face, physiotherapy and victims of war, final considerations and references. The methodology used was an exploratory qualitative research of scientific theoretical references and experiences of this researcher. The hope is that this work will qualify Physiotherapy students in the field of Human Rights, providing daily reflections on their practices and thus comprehensive care for the patient.
