Grupo de Estudos sobre Universidade - GEU

Abstract

O trabalho pontua a trajetória do Grupo de Estudos sobre Universidade da UFRGS - GEU, enquanto concepção e efetivação de uma prática de estudos e pesquisas sobre Educação Superior. Apresenta mediações da concepção e da prática do GEU (origem multi / interdisciplinar, intersecção pesquisa e nova geração de investigadores, vinculação institucional e a associações de pós-graduação) e considerações sobre o seu desenvolvimento, busca de interdisdplinaridade e construção de redes acadêmicas.

This paper points out the GEU - Study Group on University's trajectory, and its conception of researcn and practice on Higher Education as a field of study. lt presents the mediations to the building of the notions that supports the creation and developemt of the group: multi / interdisciplinarity origin, intersection of research and education of future university professionals, institucional inseption and relations to academic associations. Also, the efforts of GEU concerning to its development, the search for interdisciplinarity and the building of academic networks, are showed.
